I have a 4 Month old Neapolitan Mastiff. He has had Mange since he was about 2 and half months old. My Veteranarian said I should not worry about it because it will clear out itself. I took him to the vet last week and it does seem to be clearing out BUT it is still there. Should I worry about this? It is only on his facial region around his eyes mostly.
