"Double jointed", "loose hip", etc. whatever you call it...Is not due to the fact that the skin is loose...

The neo when it walks does have the illusion of "loose hips" but apon actually physical examination it should not be loose. Yes each dog is different from another, but structurally (at the bone level), they are built the same (maybe some slight changes in some angulations). On all dogs the femur head should rest in the hip socket...If it's not, dysplasia...Simple. Kate and the zoo
